- Optional integrations (Google, GitHub, TRON wallet, etc.)
- WebApp for account and feature management
2. Accounts
- Your Nova account is linked to your Telegram account.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- You may set up a recovery key to protect account access.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Payments & Credits
- Nova uses a credit system (Stars ⭐️) for AI model usage and premium features.
- Credits can be purchased via Telegram Stars or USDT (TRC20).
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law.
- Unused credits do not expire.
- Pricing may change with notice. Existing credits retain their value.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal activities
- Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
- Abuse the AI to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content
- Circumvent rate limits, billing, or security measures
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
- Use automated tools to abuse the Service
5. AI-Generated Content
- AI responses are generated by third-party language models and may contain errors.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI responses.
- You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.
- Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
6. Wallet & Financial Features
- The TRON wallet feature is provided as a convenience tool for small-amount transactions. It is not a professional financial service.
- Private keys are encrypted and stored on our servers. While we take reasonable measures to protect them, no system is completely secure.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your wallet credentials safe, including any recovery keys you set up.
- We are not liable for any losses resulting from blockchain transactions, including but not limited to: incorrect recipient addresses, network fees, energy costs, smart contract failures, or market value changes.
- The wallet is not intended for storing large amounts of funds. Use a dedicated hardware or software wallet for significant holdings.
7. Password Manager & OTP
- Nova provides password generation, storage, and OTP (one-time password) management as utility tools.
- Stored passwords are encrypted using AES-256, and OTP secrets are encrypted on the server. However, you acknowledge that no encryption is unbreakable.
- You are solely responsible for the safekeeping of your master passwords, generated passwords, and OTP secrets.
- If you lose access to your account or forget your credentials, we may not be able to recover your stored passwords or OTP configurations.
- We are not liable for any unauthorized access, data breaches, or losses resulting from the use of these features, including but not limited to: compromised accounts, locked-out services, or lost authentication access.
8. Vault (Secure Storage)
- The Vault feature provides encrypted file and data storage as a convenience tool.
- While vault contents are encrypted, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.
- We are not liable for data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to vault contents, regardless of cause.
9. Account Recovery Keys
- Recovery keys allow you to transfer your account to a new Telegram account if you lose access to your current one.
- Recovery keys are displayed once at creation and are not stored in recoverable form. If you lose your recovery key, we cannot help you recover your account.
- You are solely responsible for securely storing your recovery key offline. Do not share it with anyone or transmit it through any messaging service.
- We are not liable for account loss due to lost, stolen, or compromised recovery keys.
10. Server Management & SSH
- Nova provides server management tools that allow AI-assisted execution of commands on your servers via SSH.
- By connecting a server to Nova, you authorize the AI to execute commands on your behalf. You are fully responsible for any consequences of commands executed through this feature.
- We are not liable for any damage to your servers, data loss, service disruption, or security incidents resulting from the use of server management features.
- You should only connect servers that you own or are authorized to manage. Connecting unauthorized servers may violate applicable laws.
11. Third-Party Services
Nova integrates with third-party services (Google, GitHub, AI providers, TRON blockchain, etc.). Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, changes, or failures.
12. Data & Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, usage, and protection.
13. Service Availability
- We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but do not guarantee uptime.
- We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
- This includes, without limitation, loss of funds, data, passwords, access credentials, or business opportunities.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- You use all security-sensitive features (wallet, passwords, OTP, vault, SSH, recovery keys) at your own risk.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
